Fantastic buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable beds. Very close to airport. Free shuttle service. Courteous and professional staff. Convenient bus stop nearby. Good choice of food in the restaurant.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated at the entrance to the Bordeaux airport, with many other hotels in the area. The hotel offers a shuttle service and is just a 5-minute drive to the airport parking lot. Another advantage is that there are plenty of options for dining nearby, including a brasserie within walking distance. the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The rooms were small, but clean, and the bathroom had provided liquid soap with a pleasant smell. The breakfast included fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, croissants, coffee. it was a comfortable place to stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of care from the receptionist and the boss when a guest had a medical emergency.

Everything was good, charming small hotel, the location was perfect next to city centre, airport and bus into central Bordeaux, Bordeaux. Our food for continental breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were consistently courteous and obliging...

The aircon worked perfectly, which was essential in the summer heat. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh orange juice. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and amenities.
